Brian Huxford
Founder and President of Navigator Incorporated, Certified Coach, Speaker
As a military veteran, entrepreneur, community leader, father of three, and husband of 20 years, I can tell you from personal experience that continued education and personal development are two of the most valuable gifts you could ever give to another person.” Brian’s passion of combining entrepreneurship and adding value in the lives of others began at age 23 when he opened multiple fitness centers throughout Southwestern Indiana. This passion soon found him creating WellFit, a corporate wellness consulting firm that has positively impacted thousands of lives throughout Indiana and Ohio. Building business and mentoring employees for over 20 years inspired him to launch The Navigator Leadership Corporation to provide growth opportunites and education to all levels of employees within an organization. “I’ve been extremely blessed to have been mentored and led by fantastic men and women that have meant so much to me. I founded Navigator to share my life experiences, business experiences, and instill wisdom upon those that wish to enhance the lives of the people they lead.
Brian is a certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team. He is the founder of Huxford Ventures, WellFit, Inc, and The Navigator Leadership Corporation.

With faith and growth as two of his key core values, Nick has a continued passion for helping others develop their leadership skills and dedicated his career to adding value to others. Nick worked as a Corporate Health & Wellness Consultant for WellFit, Inc. from 2012 to 2018, assisting larger companies in lowering healthcare costs by working with associates to improve their overall health with education, awareness, and specialized strategies. “To make a difference in the lives of others, I had to connect with those I was working with, meet them where they were, earn trust, and lead them to a new potential they didn’t know they had. The same strategies apply to leadership, and the experience I had assisting others to improve their health was invaluable.”
In April 2020, Nick published his first book, Own The 8: Your Ultimate Guide for Mastering 8 Essential Areas to Unlock Potential and Achieve More, serving as a practical guide to anyone interested in self-development.
Nick is a certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team. He assisted in launching the Navigator Leadership Corporation and has been helping organizations develop better leaders since 2015.
